Evaluation Results of Systems Biology and Bioinformatics Strategic R & D Project Call (2019-TA-01) were Announced
The evaluations of the applications to the "TUSEB 2019-TA-01 Systems Biology and Bioinformatics Strategic R & D Project Call", which is intended to develop innovative approaches for diagnosis, follow-up and treatment of diseases, were completed and it is decided to support 30 projects.
In these projects, where high-dimensional biological data produced with new generation technologies from different biological levels will be analysed with systems biology and bioinformatics approaches, it is planned to develop and implements new generation artificial intelligence and data science technologies such as machine learning and deep learning. It is targeted to design much faster, low cost and more efficient strategies for the diagnosis, follow-up and treatment of diseases through such projects.
