Within the scope of our Presidency, and in accordance with Article 673 of Presidential Decree No. 4 on the Organization of Ministries, Affiliated, Related, and Associated Institutions and Other Organizations, as well as Article 10 of the Human Resources Regulation of Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB), published in the Official Gazette No. 32015 dated 16.11.2022, applications were received for the recruitment of 4 (four) disabled personnel and 5 (five) former convicts or permanent workers within the scope of the Anti-Terror Law. The job announcement was published on 29/11/2024, and applications were accepted through İŞKUR Ankara Çankaya Service Centre between 02/12/2024 and 06/12/2024. The final list of applicants for each position has been submitted to our Presidency by İŞKUR.

The supporting documents related to the general and specific qualifications of the positions applied for by the candidates included in the final list sent by İŞKUR Ankara Çankaya Service Centre were received by our Presidency in person, by mail, or via courier by 27/12/2024.

Candidates who submitted the supporting documents related to the general and specific qualifications of the position they applied for within the deadline and were deemed eligible to take the oral exam following the preliminary evaluation attended the exam as follows: Those who applied for the İŞKUR announcement numbered 00008681090 - Data Entry Control Operator (Disabled) (Ankara) and 00008680875 - Service Personnel (Former Convict) (Ankara) took the oral exam on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Ankara Aziz Sancar Research Centre, while candidates who applied for the İŞKUR announcement numbered 00008680818 - Service Personnel (Former Convict) (Istanbul) took the oral exam on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Istanbul Koşuyolu Campus. As a result of the exam, the candidates listed below have been deemed successful as either principal or reserve candidates.

ORAL EXAM RESULTS – PRINCIPAL AND RESERVE CANDIDATES LISTS

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CONTRACT SIGNING:

In accordance with the Human Resources Regulation of Health Institutes of Türkiye, which was published in the Official Gazette No. 32015 on 16.11.2022 and entered into force, the documents required from the candidates who have successfully passed the examination for the purpose of contract signing are as follows:

1. The original signed copy of the Open Worker Position Appointment Application Form (Form Annex-1), completed with a ballpoint or fountain pen, without any erasures or alterations.
2. Two (2) passport-size photographs (4.5 x 6 cm in size, taken within the last three months).

REMINDERS:

1. In accordance with Article 9 of the Regulation on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Provision of Public Services, titled "Provision of False Documents or Misrepresentation," candidates appointed to positions within our Presidency who submit false documents or provide incomplete, false, misleading, or inaccurate statements will not be appointed. Even if their appointments have been made by mistake, their contracts will be terminated, and their employment will be revoked. Furthermore, applicants must be aware that legal action will be taken by our Presidency against them in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Penal Code. Additionally, if any financial compensation (such as salary, wages, etc.) has been paid to these individuals, they will be required to repay the amount along with the statutory interest.
2. Candidates must submit the required documents for contract signing within 15 days from the date they receive their exam results. The results will be sent to the addresses declared by the candidates during their application. The documents must be delivered to the address below either in person, by mail, or via courier. Candidates who fail to submit their documents will not be able to claim any rights.
