TÜSEB Holds Online Briefing and Consultation Meeting with YLSY Scholars
The Online Briefing and Consultation Meeting for YLSY Scholars, coordinated by TÜSEB’s Department of International Relations, was held on 31 July 2026. The meeting brought together representatives from TÜSEB and the Ministry of National Education, YLSY scholars continuing their studies abroad, and YLSY alumni currently serving in managerial and staff positions at TÜSEB.
During the meeting, scholars were briefed on TÜSEB’s recent institutional developments and its activities aimed at achieving full independence in healthcare.
YLSY alumni working at TÜSEB shared their experiences, from studying abroad and returning to Türkiye to beginning their careers at the institution. They also answered questions concerning TÜSEB’s working environment, appointment procedures and ongoing activities.
During the question-and-answer session, participants discussed post-graduation appointments, duty stations, staffing and contractual procedures, academic career development, project leadership and postdoctoral research opportunities.
The meeting concluded with discussions on strengthening the exchange of knowledge and experience between current YLSY scholars and YLSY alumni serving at TÜSEB.
TÜSEB will continue its communication and coordination activities with scholars studying abroad to support the development of highly qualified human resources in health sciences and strengthen Türkiye’s research and development capacity.
