A Significant Step in the ‘Century of Healthy Türkiye' through Domestic Technology: ASELSAN's Heart-Lung Machine Successfully Tested at TÜSEB's IDEA Laboratories
In line with the ‘Century of Healthy Türkiye' vision, initiated under the leadership of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN, and with the support of our Minister of Health, Prof. Dr. Kemal MEMİŞOĞLU, we have marked a historic development that strengthens the 'Innovative Health' model, which supports domestic production and national technologies in Türkiye's health sector.
The initial tests of the domestic heart-lung machine, developed by ASELSAN for use in cardiac surgery, have been successfully completed at the IDEA Laboratories under the umbrella of Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB). This achievement is a concrete example of the 'Innovative Health' Model and demonstrates the point Türkiye has reached in health technologies.
