New Generation COVID-19 Diagnostic Kit: DiaKit
TÜSEB introduced a domestic Diagnostic Kit against COVID-19 named DiaKit into the health industry following the first domestic COVID-19 Vaccine named TURKOVAC.
TÜSEB DiaKit, which is a lab product based on verifying the existence of viruses taken from the patients, is the first domestic and national COVID-19 diagnostic kit developed by a public institution.
The diagnostic kit offers rapid detection of the virus by giving results in 30 mins. or less as well as it minimizes the risk of being affected by possible mutations thanks to its special molecular design.
The Kit, which was developed in Türkiye at every stage from R&D to the product by the researchers of TÜSEB Türkiye Biotechnology Institute and whose technology belongs to Türkiye, went down in history as an important step towards localization in health industry.
