Project Call for TUSEB Clinical Research Opened
Clinical research means scientific studies conducted with the participation of volunteers, in line with ethical principles, under the supervision of competent researchers, to investigate the safety and effectiveness of drug, vaccine and medical device candidates before they are widely used. It is of great importance to research the effects of product candidates, such as drug, vaccine and medical device intended for use in treatment, on volunteers after laboratory environment and animal testing in order to make them available to large masses. TUSEB provides support, follow-up and coordination of clinical research with reference to aiming at a leading agency for clinical research in Turkey. “Clinical Research Projects Call” by TUSEB has been opened with a purpose of supporting the clinical research of domestically-produced drug, vaccine and medical device candidates that have strategic importance and will contribute to the health economy. With this call programme, it is targeted to support the studies for clinical research, new drug combinations and new indications for chemical, biotechnological and biosimilar products that have completed the necessary non-clinical stages.
