Public-Industry Cooperation Meeting was held between Ministry of Health TÜSEB and OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster
Minister of Health Prof. Dr. Kemal Memişoğlu, Deputy Minister of Health Assoc. Dr. Şuayip BİRİNCİ and President of the Turkish Health Institutes Presidency (TÜSEB) Prof. Dr. Ümit Kervan met with OSTİM OSB and OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster at the Sectoral Consultation Meeting. In this critical meeting held with important representatives of the sector, the current problems and solutions of the medical industry were discussed.
Minister Memişoğlu emphasised the importance of sectoral collaborations for the development and sustainability of the medical sector and stated that they will proceed decisively for the future of the health sector.
Following the meeting, Prof. Dr. Ümit Kervan, President of TÜSEB, held extensive consultations with Dr. Asım HOCAOĞLU, President of the Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) and OSTİM delegation on joint projects and strategic collaborations. Prof. Dr. Kervan stated that TÜSEB provides project supports such as innovative drugs, vaccines, etc. in the field of health, as well as many project supports that will contribute to the medical sector, and that stronger collaborations can be established between TÜSEB and OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster, and that these collaborations will provide a significant acceleration in Turkey's health sector and increase its competitiveness in the international arena.
As TÜSEB, we will continue to support these strategic collaborations in the health sector and contribute to the achievement of our country's goals in the field of health.
