The legislative proposal regulating various aspects of the healthcare sector has been adopted by Turkish Grand National Assembly

Within this scope:

The supplementary payment legislation has been revised to prevent financial loss for personnel who receive supplementary payments at healthcare institutions and organizations affiliated with the Ministry of Health and are temporarily assigned to the Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB).

A regulation has been enacted stipulating that the procurement of goods, services, and consultancy services directly produced in the field of health by TÜSEB or by companies in which TÜSEB holds more than fifty percent of the capital shall fall within the scope of Article 3/e of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734.

These significant regulatory amendments, which have been published in the Official Gazette and entered into force, constitute a strong step toward ensuring the sustainability of qualified human resources and advancing our R&D-oriented healthcare vision.
