Following the completion of evaluations based on these main criteria, the projects eligible for support under the 2025 B Projects call have been identified.
Within the scope of the Group B R&D Project Call, a total of 1,198 applications were submitted, and 736 project proposals were deemed eligible for scientific evaluation. As part of the scientific evaluation process, independent experts with proven experience in relevant fields were assigned. The selection of these experts was based on the principles of avoiding any conflict of interest with the project teams and ensuring alignment between the experts’ areas of expertise and the content of the respective project proposals.
As a result of the scientific evaluation conducted across eight main areas and twenty-two subfields in the domain of health sciences and technologies, a total of 155 project proposals has been selected for support. The overall funding rate has been determined as 21.05%.
Within the scope of the “Health-Producing Projects,” Group C and Group D Calls will remain open until the end of 2025. We kindly encourage our researchers to consider these calls for the submission of additional project proposals in line with the criteria specified in the respective call texts.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all researchers who submitted project proposals for their contributions to science and to value-generating health. We also congratulate the research teams whose projects have been selected for funding.
