TÜSEB Aziz Sancar Science, Service, and Incentive Awards Presented with the Honor of Our President, H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan
Within the framework of the 11th Turkish Medical World Congress, held under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye; the 2025 TÜSEB Aziz Sancar Science, Service, and Incentive Awards were presented with the honour of our President, H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Distinguished recipients honoured at the ceremony dedicated to our scientists are as follows:
- TÜSEB Aziz Sancar Science Award: Prof. Fikrettin Şahin
- TÜSEB Special Award in Memory of Gazi Yaşargil: Prof. Uğur Türe
- TÜSEB Service Award: Prof. Mehmet Erdem Büyükbingöl
- Health Technologies Prestige Award: Şahin Gürsel
- Innovative Health Team Award: Prof. Serkan Topaloğlu and Team
- TÜSEB Incentive Awards: Prof. Suat Tekin, Prof. Sercan Karav, Prof. Erkan Yılmaz, Assoc. Prof. Beyza Servet Göncü
Furthermore, during the ceremony, the World Health Organization (WHO) European Award was presented to our President, H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, by Mr. Hans Kluge, the WHO Regional Director for Europe.
