TUSEB in 3rd Early Phase Clinical Trials Symposium
3rd Early Phase Clinical Trials Symposium was held online on 18 – 19 November 2021 in cooperation with Turkish Clinical Research Infrastructures Network (TUCRIN), which conducted its studies under Dokuz Eylül University and İzmir Blood Diseases and Cancer Research Charity. TUSEB Deputy Secretary General Prof. Dr. Figen Çizmeci Şenel and Head of Project Management and Support Department Exp. Mol Bio. Batuhan Yeşilyurt attended the symposium.
In the panel held within symposium, Prof. Dr. Figen Çizmeci Şenel mentioned preclinical and clinical applications for innovative drug development process; in the panel “The Future of Early Phase Clinical Trials in Turkey and The Difficulties to be Encountered”, Exp. Mol. Bio. Yeşilyurt mentioned the difficulties to be encountered in early phase clinical trials in Turkey and the future of the studies in that field.
