One of the most comprehensive organizations in the field of biotechnology and supported by TUSEB, International Biotechnology Congress (BIO Türkiye) is held online between September 9 -11, 2021.

One of the keynote speakers of the organization, Prof. Dr. Erhan Akdoğan, President of TUSEB, and President of TUSEB Institutes and experts and research attended the congress.

On the "Public - IndustryMeeting" session in Biosphere held within the scope of BİO Türkiye, TUSEB President Prof. Dr. Erhan AKDOĞAN, Deputy Secretary General and President of Turkish Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute Prof. Dr. Figen ÇİZMECİ ŞENEL, President of Turkish Public Health and Chronic Diseases Institute Prof. Dr. İlhan SATMAN, President of Turkish Health Policies Institute Prof. Dr. Hasan Hüseyin YILDIRIM, President of Turkish Biotechnology Instutite Dr. Rabia ÇAKIR KOÇ and President of Turkish Health Data Research and Artificial Intelligence Applications Institute Prof. Dr. Songül VARLı answered the questions of participants.

President of TUSEB Prof. Dr. Erhan AKDOĞAN made a speech on "TUSEB: in the Transition Process from Science to Technology in the Era of Artificial Intelligence " in the online panel titled "Biological Biotechnology Products, Vaccines, Vaccine Production Technology and COVID-19" and Head of Project Management and Support Department Sp. Mol. Bio. Batuhan YEŞİLYURT made a speech on "Product-oriented TUSEB Project Supports for Health Science and Technologies".

Prof. Dr. Serhat ÜNAL, Hacettepe University and Prof Dr. Aykut ÖZDARENDELİ, Erciyes University took part in the "TUSEB and TURKOVAC" session moderated by President of TBI Assoc. Dr. Rabia ÇAKIR KOÇ and soem İnformation on Turkovac Studies Suupported by TUSEB was also given.

Dr. Ahmet Çağlar ÖZTEKİN, Prof. Dr. Ahmet HACIMÜFTÜOĞLU, Prof. Dr. Tarlan MAMMEDOV, Assoc.Dr. Serap DERMAN, Prof. Dr. Kadir TURAN, Assoc. Dr. Semra AYDIN gave information on the vaccine projects, which they are conducting, in the "COVID-19 Vacinne Projects Supported by TUSEB" session moderated by President of Turkish Public Health and Chronic Diseases Institute Prof. Dr. İlhan SATMAN.

President of Turkish Health Data Research and Artificial Intelligence Applications Institute Prof. Dr. Songül VARLI Presented "Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging" and Dr. Mehmet Emin AKTAN presented "Artificial Intelligence in Rehabilitation Diagnostics" in BIO Türkiye.

President of Turkish Biotechnology Institute Assoc. Dr. Rabia ÇAKIR KOÇ an Researcher Dr. Tunç TUNCEL gave information about TUSEB studies at the BIO Türkiye StartHub event " Biotechnology-Molecular Diagnosis, Genetic Diagnosis and Innovative Approaches" session.

At hte congress that will end on September 11th, Dr. Serkan YAMAN. Turkish Biotechnology Institute, will present "Past, Present and Future of Cell and Gene Therapies - Career Opportunities" and Dr. Burcu YÜCEL also presented "Turkey in the Cell and Gene Therapies - What Should We Do?" in online session.
