Following your TBYS registration, you may join the reviewer pool by completing the relevant form corresponding to your institution. For active assignments within the TÜSEB 2026 project calls, priority will be given to these applications, and reviewers will be selected from this established list.

Join the Innovative Health Platform!

The Innovative Health Platform is a national innovation ecosystem developed by Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB) in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Health. The platform aims to unite researchers, academics, entrepreneurs, investors, and all stakeholders of the healthcare ecosystem under a single digital umbrella.

It serves as a comprehensive hub designed to accelerate the realization of innovative ideas and strengthen our nation’s production capacity in the healthcare sector through integrated mechanisms such as intellectual property development, research infrastructure sharing, project partnerships, investor access, regulatory guidance, and product feedback systems.

All project team members are required to complete their personal profiles on the innovative health ecosystem platform at uretensaglik.gov.tr.

Similarly, the host institution must ensure that its research infrastructure profiles are fully registered and updated on the same platform.

For projects entitled to receive funding, these institutional research infrastructure profiles will be audited during the contracting phase; consequently, an official letter signed by the relevant institutional executive (for institutions residing in Türkiye) must be submitted to certify that the requested equipment is not already available within the institution's inventory.

Furthermore, 2026 TÜSEB project supports will be conducted through a two-stage application process, the specifics of which are detailed in the general and comprehensive flowcharts provided below.

Project Support Process:

Receipt of Pre-proposals → Evaluation of Pre-proposals → Receipt of Full Proposals for Approved Projects → Formal and Scientific Evaluation of Full Proposals → Budgeting and Contracting Procedures for Awarded Projects → Disbursement of Project Funds and Official Commencement → Monitoring and Finalization Processes
